AK Bean Brain’s Germination Tips
Step 1:
Sterilize your seeds.
To sterilize your seeds you want to soak them in Hydrogen Peroxide for approximately 5 minutes.
Step 2:
Float your seeds in a glass of Distilled Water with a splash of 3% Hyrdogen Peroxide.
Keep your seeds in this solution for around 24-48 Hours until you see the seed has cracked and the tail has emerged.
Step 3:
Place your seeds in the medium of your choice. It is best for the environment to be close to 70 degrees.
Having Trouble with Stubborn Seeds?
When you have a stubborn seed or seeds with a thick shell, I recommend scarifying the seeds with a course nail file.
After scarifying the seed you will put them in a glass of pure 3% Hydrogen Peroxide for about 24-48 hours.
Place the seeds in your preferred medium after they have cracked and the tail has emerged.
